  Branch Manager, Gary Evans was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE. Have been a bank customer here for over 20 years- never had an overdraft or any kind of problem. 53rd refused to deposit a SMALL (less than $200) check that was in my name and my wife's name- refund from our tax appeal. My wife was present for the deposit. Mr. Evans said it was policy- but refused to read the policy- when he finally did- and I challenged the way he interpreted the policy- he refused to send me a copy of the policy- was EXTREMELY rude to my wife and hung up the phone on her. I've been a 53rd customer for over 20 years- but not for much longer. Gary Evans unprofessional behavior was outrageously unacceptable.
